Outdoor classroom Sally the Stone kindness rock garden at Glenn Stephens Elementary School. Each grade level painted a unique stone inspired from the book to share kindness throughout the school in the form of a rock garden.
The recipients of our 1st book shipped was for a most special event at the Seattle Ronald McDonald House. It was donated at the "Paying It Forward" celebration and will be loved by many kids for years to come.
My very first classroom reading for an eager 1st grade class in Bonita Springs, Florida. The children loved the illustrations, searching for the hidden stones, and the message of being kind to one another. I painted a special bookworm for each student to take home with them.
